She was predeceased by: her parents, John Render and Cora Render (Hein); her husband Dick; her granddaughter Sarah Kunik; and her siblings, Robert Render and Ann Thering.
She is survived by: her children, Michael McDonald (Josh McDonald) of Sears, Nick Kunik, Janell (Joe Trapani), Andrea (Todd Moore), Heidi Varga, Cora, Kathy (Mike Hutchins), Keith (Lisa Hutchins), Tim (Amanda Hutchins) and Jessica Hutchins; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Mallory, Casey, Riley, Cora and Collin; and her in-laws, Tom Thering (Ellie), Leona McDonald, Marian McDonald, Kathleen Kearney, Ron Stickney, Ruth Johnson, Bob, Gail McDonald, Cliff Schmidt and Sally McDonald.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM. A vigil service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home (2300 S Lincoln Rd, Mt Pleasant, MI 48858). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM.
Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Parish or Sacred Heart Academy Foundation.
