He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester H. Thompson and Cecilia Thompson (Bellefeauille); his wife Irene Allison Zammett; his children, Tony Thompson and Roseanne Hall; his granddaughter Janessa Hall; his siblings, Lloyd Thompson, June DiLaura, Sharon Thompson and Julie Thompson; his half-sister Anetta Thompson; and his stepdaughter Yvonne Johnston.
He is survived by: his children, Monica Calderon (Donald) of Mt. Pleasant, Terri Newell (Brian) of Clare, Christopher Thompson of Sacramento, CA, Ronald Thompson (Angel) of Sacramento, CA and Jennifer Angeles (Peter) of West Sacramento, CA; his former wife Bonnie Sue Manriquez; his stepdaughters, Theresa Shea of Sacramento, CA and Antoinette Benett of Sacramento, CA; and his sister Lois Hastings of Missouri. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren with one on the way; 1 great-great granddaughter.
