He is survived by: his parents, Richard Moulton (Rita) and Susan Dugan (Stanton); his siblings, Ernest Moulton (Brenda), Carrie Moulton, Stephanie Bonds (Chris), Gary Nolan and Mack Nolan; and his nephew Max Moulton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
