He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Agnes McPherson (Rosencrants); his brother Evan Williams; his parents, John Williams and Ethel Williams; his brother John Williams; his son Russell Williams; his brother Orville Williams; his father-in-law Harlow McPherson; his sister-in-law Bertha Sullivan (McPherson); his nephew Dan Williams; his brother Vernon Williams; his brother-in-law Cass Harrison; his nieces, Cynthia "Cyndi" McPherson and Katherine Woodring (Sullivan); his sister-in-law Sylvia Williams; his nephew Randy McPherson; his sister-in-law Pearl "Peggy" Williams; his daughter-in-law Annabelle "Annie" Williams; his nephew Richard Williams; his sister Kathrine Harrison (Williams); his brother-in-law Harlan "Mac" McPherson; and his nephew David Williams.
He is survived by: his wife LouAnn Williams (McPherson); his children, Robert Williams, Jr., Lori Williams, Ronald Williams (Mary), Bill Kirby II (Char) and Lydia Scheitler (Williams); his grandchildren, Amber Owens (Lonnie), Kindra Pennala, Branden Williams, Bill Kirby III (Nickie), Travis Kirby (Amy), Ashton Williams, Krista Elton (Tyler), Stefan Williams (Morgan), Robbie Williams III (Amanda) and Andrew Scheitler; and his close friend Fred McAndrew (Helen). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews along with Great nieces & nephews.
