He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Powell and Lenora Powell (Ketterer); his son Richard "Rick" Powell Jr. (Dawn); and his brother James Powell. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Powell; his son Jeremy Powell; his daughter-in-law Billie Powell; his siblings, Kenneth Powell (Jan), David Powell (Beth), Judith Lawler (Bob), Keith Powell (Rachelle) and Karen Powell; and his sister-in-law Jackie Powell. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren, other loving family members and good friends.
