He is survived by: his father Donald Rockwell; his wife Debbie Rockwell; his children, Kevin Rockwell and Tammy Twork (Tim); and his grandchildren, Justin Jungnitsch, Brooklynn Twork, Madison Twork, Emma Rockwell and Alex Rockwell.

“As a distant cousin of Paul's, my best memory of him was when he tried to teach we three Shepard kids (Ron, Lynne and Jane) how to waterski on Clear Lake in West Branch. I distinctly remember going under the water instead of on the water. I'm sure he will be sadly missed. Jane (Shepard) Ward”
