He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Rockwell; and his brothers, Norman Rockwell and Dennis Rockwell. He is survived by: his father Donald Rockwell; his wife Debbie Rockwell; his children, Kevin Rockwell and Tammy Twork (Tim); and his grandchildren, Justin Jungnitsch, Brooklynn Twork, Madison Twork, Emma Rockwell and Alex Rockwell.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Homes - Clio Chapel (503 N Mill St, Clio, MI 48420). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family for future designations.

“As a distant cousin of Paul's, my best memory of him was when he tried to teach we three Shepard kids (Ron, Lynne and Jane) how to waterski on Clear Lake in West Branch. I distinctly remember going under the water instead of on the water. I'm sure he will be sadly missed. Jane (Shepard) Ward”
