She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Smith and Ollie Smith; her husband Larry Miller; and her son Kevin Horne. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Long, Vern Horn, Lisa and Rick Simpson; her grandchildren, Scott, Amber, Melissa, Eddie, Rick Jr., Megan, Ryan, Krista, Lindsay and Jonathan; her great grandchild Layla; and her sister Betty Dodd.
