She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Malak and Veronica Malak (Krzyzak); her spouse Thomas Smothers; and her brother Leonard Malak. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Davis (Michael); her grandchildren, Ryan Allen, Taylor Ahearn (Nick), Alexandria Hendershot (Branden), Tobias Davis, Cody Davis and Bryce Davis; her great grandchildren, Willow, Keelyn, Carson, Kyla, Abigail and Jett; her nephews, Michael Gluski (Liu Rui) and Mike Malak (Tanya); and her niece Heather Gluski (Bill Eddy).
