It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Martin Nichols Jr. of Mount Morris, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on September 16, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Baker, Junior VanHorn and Bruce Kern; and his nephews, Danny and Keith.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Nichols; his children, Martin Nichols and Malisa (Tyson Dykes); his grandchildren, Alayna (Sammy), Zachary (Zoe), Jadden, Katie and Evelyn; his great grandchildren, Apollo and Elijah; his sisters, Bea Baker, Linda VanHorn and Gloria Kern; and also Tabetha Hahn.
