He is survived by: his daughter Melinda Ann Payne (Lori Ann Whitman) of Belleville; his sister Janice Payne-Fader (Tom) of Adrian; his nephew Eric Rolfe (Amanda) of Ypsilanti; his great-nephew Brent; his great-niece Amelia Rolfe; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cecily, Emmett and Joseph Rolfe; his nieces and nephews, Charles Fader, Gina Payne-Bradshaw, Denise Hull Ryan, Larry Payne, Deanna Hull-Whitney, Rick Payne, Kevin Payne (Diane), Karen Hull Pettebone, Michael Payne, Shelly Hull Thomas and Sandra Payne; and also Ryan Rolfe (Lily) of Mississippi.
