He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Polkinhorn and Anna Polkinhorn (Street); and his siblings, Edward Polkinhorn Jr., Dorothy Riley, James Polkinhorn and Robert Polkinhorn.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Pfenninger; his children, Robert Polkinhorn, Michele (Eric Kubiel) and Susan (Michael McKervey); his grandsons, Isaac, Zachary, Spencer and Joshua; and his siblings, Tommy (Ola Polkinhorn) and Lorraine Momorella.
