He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Henry and Pearl Mae; his daughter Danette Talbot Seelbinder; and his siblings, Margaret Henigschmidt, Dorothy Light, Rosemary Swayne, Maxine Frick, Betty Render, John Talbot, Art Talbot, Jim Talbot, Mike Talbot and Gordon Talbot.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Roberson (Bill), Donald Talbot, Jr. (Terrie), Deborah Mozingo (Brent), Chris Simpson (Cindy), Douglas Talbot (Becky), Kelly Ryeson (Dave) and Rebecka Hersh Talbot. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
