She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Spencer and Jean Spencer (Silvers); and her husband Paul Samuel Howell, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Francis (Timothy), Sherry Hall (Kirk), Paul Howell, Jr., Candy Jury (Matt), Toby Howell (Deborah), Shannon Oginski (Vincent) and Brandy Erikson; and her brothers, Danny Spencer (Jame), Terry Spencer (Deborah), Gale Spencer (Barbara) and Lonny Spencer (Peggy). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
