Walter Rist Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Rist in Mount Clemens, Michigan, who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Rist and Else Rist (Behnke) of Lodz, Poland.; and his siblings, Theodore Rist (Gertrude), Elisabeth Rist, Harry Rist (Lily) and George Rist (Vera).
He is survived by: his former spouse Sighild Hoch; his wife Aileen Cote York; his children, Daniel York (Debbie) of Pottstown, PA and Carol Evans (Lew) of Racine, WI; and his sister Magdalene (Gerhard). He is also survived by his children, ten grandchildren, and five great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
