He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kaufman and Elizabeth Purvis; and his siblings, James Pabst and Cheryl Wilson. He is survived by: his siblings, Marjorie and William Pabst; his children, Tonya, Derek, Aletha Johnson (Craig), Daniel Frei (Jacqueline), Richard Frei and Michael Frei (Lilly); and his grandchildren, Norah, Lyla, Henry, Alexis, Samantha, Madeline, Evelyn, Olivia, Sophia, Oliver and Riley.
