She was predeceased by: her parents, James and Wilma; her husband Melvin D. Fulkerth; and her sisters, Beatrice Linsday and Harriet Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Rang (David), Timothy Fulkerth (Pauline) and Lynda Woltmann (Ronald); her grandchildren, Steven Rang (Katie), Ronald, Zackery and James Woltmann; her siblings, Shirley Fuhrman, Gordon Miller and Thomas Miller (Gail); and her pet Sadie. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Phyllis may be addressed to the Kidney Foundation or Diabetes Association.
