He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his children, Cyndi Gunderman (Gregg "Gundy"), Michael Anthony Miski (Annie), Crissy and Jennifer Moultry (AJ); his grandchildren, Josh, Ben, Preston, Ashton, Olivia, Everett and Aiden; his sister Michele Taussig (Mark); his nephew Sam; and his niece Laine.

Memorial contributions would be appreciated to Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 154.
