She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Sheadrick and Darnila Robinson Sheadrick; her daughter Mary; her stepmother Mandy Sheadrick; and her siblings, Willie Ann Harrison, Georgia Jameson, Robert Alexander, Willie Lane Shedrick and Barbara Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Jacob L. Gunn, Jr., Jennifer Gunn and Charlotte Morgan (Winston); and her siblings, John Lane Shedrick (Rosie), Ben Lane Shedrick (Ada), Jeanette Mack-Thompson, Gloria Jean Lee, Annette Sheadrick-Higgins (John), Beau Thompson and Wanda Jones (Lawyer). She is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
