She is survived by: her children, Bryan Horne (Jill), Kevin Horne (Melissa) and Megan Horne; her grandchildren, Everly, Colton, Annie and Riley; her brothers, Todd Harm (Mary) and Derek Harm; her godson Jake; her nieces, Emma and Samantha; and her pet Cubby.
