He was predeceased by: his grandson James Stark. He is survived by: his children, Terry Vance (Tim), Brad Tomtishen (Lynda Oswald), Jill Ross-Blair (Rhys Blair), Jack Tomtishen and Kyle Stark (Steve); his grandson Duncan Blair; and his wife Carol Mae Rickert. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
