He was predeceased by: his parents, James Francis and Dolores Mae Benoit (Fleming); and his sons, James Benjamin Benoit and Jeffrey Fleming Benoit, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Annette Marie DuBay; his children, Jonathon and Faith; and his brothers, Michael and Peter Benoit.
