She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Pruehs and Hilda Pruehs (Schott); her former husband Emmett Burgess; her husband Clifford Kenneth Batkins Sr.; her son Clifford Kenneth Batkins, Jr.; and her siblings, Carl, Florence, Alice and Milton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte James and Gail Reinhartsen; and her grandmother Thomas. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren.
