She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Boccaccio and Ida Boccaccio (Kratz); her daughter Polly Anna Hanselman; and her siblings, Lee Boccaccio, Dolores Nieman, Helen Zimmerman, Mary Niemi and Lucy Schram.

She is survived by: her husband David George Wormlight; her children, Barbara Dibble (Carl), Sue Drook (Joe Gersh), Richard Wormlight (Linda), Jolene Drook, David Drook Jr. (Deborah), Steven Wormlight (Linda), Melissa Lee and Emma DeVeaux (Bob); her sisters, Audrey Nanni and Etta Myers; and her son-in-law Roger Hanselman. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
