She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Witold Waluk and Anna Waluk; her daughters, Jan, Sandy, Laurie Brusco (Bob) and Debbie Ward (Art); her brother Michael Waluk (Portia); her sister-in-law Laurie Waluk; her in-laws, Ernest King (late Isabell) and Dave Anson (Roxanne); her friend Pat Coric; her husband Leonard; and her brother Richard.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Carol's name to the charities she supported: St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and Wounded Warrior Project.
