She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Thrall and Virginia Rouse Thrall. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Ackerman; her children, Kathleen Denryter (late Frank) and Michael Ackerman (Jackie Schubert); and her grandchildren, Melissa Leslie (Damon), Christopher Ackerman (Lauren), Patrick Denryter, Andrew Denryter (Ashley), Kristin Denryter (Doug Beattie) and Jennifer Denryter (Peter Carperelli). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and if you wish to remember Barbara in the form of a contribution, family suggests the Salvation Army.
