He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Curtis (Helmer); and his son Scott, II. He is survived by: his father David Curtis; his wife Sandy Landon; his daughter Nicole Alexander (Jeffrey) of Port Huon; and his brother Brian of Columbiaville, MI. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
