She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Corwin and Doris E. Corwin (Smith); her husband David Leland Bristley; and her granddaughter Megan Price. She is survived by: her children, Susan Adair (Rodney), Debra Price (Floyd) and John Bristley (Laura); her grandson Gage Price; and her siblings, Leonard Corwin (Pam), Dorrene May, Robert B. Corwin (Laurie) and Edna Thompson.

Memorial contributions in Judy's name can be directed to the Morrice United Methodist Church.
