We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2020, at the age of 89, Joseph Nanasy of Morrice, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Nanasy and Elizabeth Nanasy (Metro); his wife Leona; his son Bruce; and his siblings, John, George, Helen, William, Steven, Andrew, Charles, Frank and Elizabeth (Rugg).
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Lisa Turner (Hankinson) and Vern Hankinson (Sonya); his daughter-in-law Theresa Nanasy; his grandchildren, Liza Diamond (Rocky), Leslie Godfrey (Daniel), Lori Nanasy (Chris King), Jessica Rogers (Jeremy), Sarah Satkowiak (Shawn), Brandon Tetzlaff, Sydney Laurie and Jonas Nanasy; and his great grandchildren, Robert, Daniel Godfrey, Jordyn Satkowiak, Marcus, Aubrey Rogers, Laura Nanasy, Kayla Garrison, Noah and Ethan Lawrence.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for assistance with funeral expenses.
