With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Kenneth Francis of Morrice, Michigan, born in Bay City, Michigan, who passed away on November 16, 2020 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Francis and Mary Francis (Boerner); and his brother William. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Turner; his children, Angie Scripter (Randy) of Owosso, James Francis (Jude), Adam Francis of Nebraska, Rachel Francis of Lennon and Kendra Francis (Lenny) of Boyne Falls, MI; and his siblings, Kim Schneider, Debbie VanDueusen, Ellen VanDueusen, Barbara Francis, Joe Francis, John Francis and Connie Francis. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
