He was predeceased by: his father Butch Powell. He is survived by: his mother Rosie Powell (Skahan) of Morley; and his sisters, Rosalie Wallace (John) of Auburn and Dina Scott (Alan) of Morley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
