He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Jack and Edith Jack (Kamen); his wife Lorene; his siblings, Joyce Peacock, Charlotte Jack, Robert and Wayne Jack; and his granddaughter Alissa Allers.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Jack of Morley, Donald Jack Jr. of Croton, Leonard Jack (Carol) of Morley, Cheryl Gordon (Alan) of Paris and Michael Jack (Effie) of Morley; and his sister Arlene DePorter of Morley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
