He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Frey and Joanne Frey (Redman). He is survived by: his wife Kelly Machelle Merillat; his daughter Kelsey Frey; his siblings, Gary Frey, Tony Frey and Janie Frey; his parents-in-law, Donald and Carol Merillat; his grandmother Mary Merillat; and his brothers-in-law, Chris Merillat (Molly) and Kent Merillat (Jeanelle). He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; and many nieces and nephews.
