He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Uyttenhove and Mary Uyttenhove (DeMille); his son Jeremy Uytteenhove; and his siblings, Betty Bryan, Robert and Richard Uyttenhove.
He is survived by: his former wife Marilee Fausze; his wife Frances Flanagan; his daughter Jennifer O'Brien (Jim); his stepdaughter Cassie Flanagen (Spencer Smith); his grandchildren, Kelsey Beroske (Travis McCarty), Kira Beroske (Cody McClouty) and James O'Brien (Slyanne Hall); and his brother Roger Uyttenhove. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
