He is survived by: his wife Lynne Frantz; his children, Bobbie Jo Muldoon (Patrick), Madonna Rose Swimmer, Orlin Swimmer, Michael Shadbolt (Lori Wegner) and Jeffrey Shadbolt (Amy); and his former wife Linda Shadbolt.
