She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Bair and Bernice Bair (Ohls); her former husband Richard C. Hart; her son Steven Hart; and her siblings, Mary Dull and John Bair.
She is survived by: her husband Harold W. Kunkle; her children, Dorothy Stockwell of Holly, Alice Stiekes (Richard) of Weston, Danny Hart of Morenci and Philip Hart of Morenci; her siblings, Edith Cady of Big Rapids, Emile Bair (Katherine) of Holly and Dorothy Potrafka (Ron) of Saginaw; her stepchildren, Timothy Kunkle of Wauseon and Heidi Mott (Doug) of Seattle, WA; and her granddaughter Jamie Sue Hart. She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; 13 step great-grandchildren; and four step great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in honor of Juanita may be considered to the Alzheimer's Association.
