He is survived by : his father Paul Anders (Marolyn Perry); his wife Stephanie Simpkins; his son Duke; his mother Theresa Adners-Hughes (Donald); his children, Eli Fowler, Nolan Fowler and Kaydence Sawyer (John); his granddaughter Greenlee Sawyer; his sisters, Jessie Anders (Adam Warner) and Kayleigh Moore (Mackenzie); his grandfathers, Dennis Anders (Phyllis) and John Leonowicz; his parents-in-law, Carol Dunn (Matthew) and John Simpkins (Debbie); his siblings-in-law, Matthew Simpkins (Megan), Brandon Frederick (Ashley), Haley Simpkins and Matea Minion (Kyle); and his nieces and nephews, Piper Warner, Madelyn Barnhart, Crue, Case Simpkins, Grayson Warner, Kye Minion, Brody Frederick and Noah Moore.
