We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2020, at the age of 89, Joann Ragan of Morenci, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence Peters and Katherine Peters (Fink); and her husband James E. Ragan. She is survived by: her son James Ragan (Sharon); her granddaughter Sarah Ragan (Josh Fratrick); and her great grandchildren, Verity and William Fratrick.
