She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Link and Twila Link (Crowe); her spouse Hollis Cowgill; her siblings, Lyle, Ralph Link and Shirley Harter; and her son-in-law Robert Rinehart.
She is survived by: her children, Hollis Ray Cowgill (Cheryl) of Morenci, Michael Cowgill (Alice) of Fayette, OH and Marilyn Rinehart of Wauseon; and her sisters, Patricia Valentine and Linda Wagner (Carver) of Fayette, OH. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; and four step-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, there will be a limited number of people allowed in the building and face masks are required.
