He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer G. Kelly and Cula Kelly (VanArsdalen); his wife Marlene B. Bovee; and his sisters, Madalene and Gertrude.

He is survived by: his close friends, Mary Lou Collar, Trula McClain and Cinny Tompkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations can be given to Elara Caring Hospice.
