He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Moyer and Ada Moyer (Eichler); and his brothers, Lowell and Arnold Moyer. He is survived by: his wife Donna Stevens; his children, Robin Moyer, Rodney Price (Amanda), Danielle Ledesma and Heather Price; and his siblings, Burton Moyer and Janice Keefer. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
