She was predeceased by: her fathers, Harold Dilworth and Cecil Dilworth (Dunn); and her husband Walter L. Price. She is survived by: her children, Mike Price (Sherri) of Morenci, Jeff Price (Vickie) of Hudson, Mary Price and Doug Okonski of Fort Wayne, IN; and her sister Frances Feather of Morenci. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; twenty three great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in honor of Betty can be made to the Morenci United Methodist Church or Elara Caring Hospice.
