He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Parkhurst and Catherine Parkhurst; and his brother Ronald Parkhurst. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Jeff Parkhurst (Tina), Jamie Parkhurst, Jerred (Heidi Brown) and Shelley Dawson (John); his grandchildren, Lacey Alvarez, Joey Alvarez and Justin Theobald; his great grandchildren, Andre Alvarez, Brina Alvarez and Logan Alvarez; and his siblings, Steven Parkhurst (Tammy) of Onsted and Sharon Davis (Tom) of Alvordton, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
