She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rehklau and Edna Rehklau (Kolz); her husband Ward Clark Joughin; her son Richard; her brothers, Herbert and Kenneth Rehklau; and her granddaughter Sierah Joughin.

She is survived by: her sons, Bill Joughin of Morenci, Dan Joughin (Carrie) of Morenci and Tom Joughin (Darcie) of Niles, MI; her grandchildren, Justin, Katelyn, Dana, Taylor, Tessa, Raven, Jake, Clark, Kayla and Carson; her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Drew, Maddox, Benedict, Abigail, Ward, Hailey, Jake Jr., Leah and Oakley; and her daughter-in-law Shana Joughin of Fayette, OH.

Cleantha wished for memorial donations in her honor be given to the Alzheimer's Association or Trinity Lutheran Church.
