He was predeceased by : his parents, Judd McMillan and Lois McMillan; and his siblings, Donald, Paul and Diane.

He is survived by : his wife Betty Jo (Joann); his daughter Stefanie Clark (John); his granddaughters, Morgan and Peyton; and his siblings, Ron McMillan (Nellie), Gerald McMillan (Carol), Milton McMillan (Alma), Carol Drukenmiller, Rick McMillan (Judi), Audrey McCarry (Pat), Tarry McMillan (Kathy), Debbie Gross (Brad) and Doris Heigel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
