He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Raymond and Joan Marie Eurick (Sanburn); his mother-in-law Jean Smith; and his brother-in-law David Smith. He is survived by : his spouse Cheryle Anne Smith; his daughters, Michelle Ann Kelske of Frankenmuth and Allison Marie Tappen of Birch Run; his grandchildren, Jacob Nathaniel and Kaitlyn Alice-Marie Tappen; his father-in-law Stuart Smith; and his sisters-in-law, Jeannette Novak-Boone and Susan Leppien (Tom).
