She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Raymond and Mae Huntoon (Serels); her former life partner Gene; her husband Jim Colegrove of Moran, Michigan.; her son Ron Benner; her son-in-law Bill Shannon; her granddaughter-in-law Bethany King; and her brother-in-law Ron Ashburner.

She is survived by : her children, Diane King (Terry), Beverly Shannon, Bob Benner, Barbara Maki (Todd), Connie Payment (John) and Barry Benner; her sister Ruth Ashburner; and her niece Wendy Manning. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; one great niece; one great nephew.
