He was predeceased by : his wife Mimi Bentgen; his parents, Patricia Luepnitz and Fred Luepnitz Sr.; and his siblings, Dale Luepnitz, Ken Luepnitz, Ruth Houdek, Art Luepnitz and Frank Luepnitz.
He is survived by : his children, Marybeth Webb (Bill Owens), Janet Whiddon (Dave), John Luepnitz (Tammy), Andy Luepnitz (Ann) and Melissa Bentgen (Tom Sheran); his siblings, Carl Luepnitz (Lori), Lois Carr, Mary Miller, Bill Luepnitz and Fred Luepnitz (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Trevor Whiddon, Will Whiddon (Samantha), Brooke Luepnitz and Abby Luepnitz. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
