Lavake of Moran Township and Lisa Myatt (Brian) of Canal Winchester, Ohio; his grandchildren, Nicole Sakhleh (Henry), Kelsey LaVake, Jacob LaVake, Lindsey LaVake and Brandon Myatt; his great grandchildren, Evelyn and Henry Sakhleh; and his sister Martine Chaplauske.
