He was predeceased by : his parents, William Orr and Florence Orr (Schreffer); his siblings, Dorothy Hovis (Thomas), Milford Orr (Faye), Richard Orr (Jeanette), Pearl Umstead (Melvin), Floyd Orr (Betty), Hellen, Jim Whitling and Annebelle Luepnitz (Willard); and his grandchildren, Adam, Lola Sue, Mary and Olivia.
He is survived by : his wife Linda; and his children, William Orr (Tabatha) of Moran, Charles Orr Jr. of Moran, Melissa Orr of St. Ignace, Sandy Kottre (Greg) of Port Orchard, Donald Orr of Port Orchard, James Orr (Georgia) of Sault Ste and Holly Downing (Tammy) of Kincheloe. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
