He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Lahar; his sons, Thomas Hamacher II, Anthony Hamacher (Falishias) and Jeffrey Hamacher (Penelope); his grandchildren, Thomas Hamacher III, Chantealle Whitson (Daniel), CherylLynne Cromwell, Anthony Baird (Desiree), Mackenzie Lawrence, Roy Nettleton, Owen Hamacher, Michael Hamacher, Jeffrey Hamacher II, Jacob Hamacher and Joshua Hamacher; his great grandchildren, Josiah Whitson, Daniel Whitson, Annabelle Hamacher and Harley Hamacher; and his brother Jack Hamacher.
